We perform Customer Service training to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the importance of first impressions and customer satisfaction. A smile and “hello” should be the norm and not the exception. We discuss approachability, appearance and a “can do” attitude.

Our Maintenance Reporting training is designed so we will be your eyes and ears in the facility. Our employees are trained not only to be thorough in their cleaning processes, but also to look for and report abnormal facility conditions. These conditions will be reported to the Account Supervisor to be relayed to our client. We will aid in continued facility improvement.
